Destinations:

1. Paro: Begin your adventure in the picturesque Paro Valley, cradled by Himalayan peaks. Here, ancient dzongs (fortresses) guard secrets, and the air hums with spirituality.

1. Thimphu: Bhutan’s capital awaits—where crimson-robed monks cross paths with tech-savvy youth. Visit Buddha Point, explore the Memorial Chorten, and feel the pulse of Bhutanese heritage.

1. Punakha: Drive through the scenic Dochu La Pass to Punakha’s subtropical valleys. The Punakha Dzong rises like an ivory fortress.

Day 1: Arrival, Paro to Thimphu.

Overnight in Thimphu.

Day 2: Thimphu to Punakha.

Distance: 77.0km/2 hr (Thimphu-Punakha)

Elevation: 1242m/4075ft

Attractions: 

• Thimphu Memorial Chorten
• Dochula Pass (3100m/10200ft)
• Khamsum Yulley Chorten
• Punakha Dzong/fortress
• Punakha Suspension bridge
• Rafting (additional charge)

Overnight in Punakha.

Day 3: Return to Paro.

Distance: 115.0km/3-4 hr (Punakha-Paro)

Elevation: 2200m/7218ft

Attractions: 

• Chimi Lhakhang
• Ta Dzong (National Museum)
• Rinpung Dzong
• Explore Paro Local Town

Overnight in Paro.

Day 4: Tiger-Nest hike.

Hiking time: 6-7 km/5-6 hrs Elevation: 3120m/10236ft

Hike to the Tiger’s Nest Monastery, Paro Sightseeing.

Attractions:

• Paro Taktsang
• Kyichu Lhakhang
• Hot stone Bath (additional charge)

Overnight in Paro.

Day 5: Departure

After breakfast, we drive on to the airport in Paro, to catch your flight to your onward destination as you bid farewell to the beautiful Kingdom of Bhutan.
